Fiona joined Wilmington Healthcare in 2017 as Business Unit Director for Events and Marketing Solutions and is a conferences, summits, festivals and awards specialist. Fiona is an experienced leader with a strong commercial ability and has a relentless focus on creating events that help attendees advance and making sure the NHS, Industry and Healthcare Suppliers get value every time.

Fiona has worked in B2B events for nearly 20 years in numerous sectors including healthcare, finance, film, fashion, retail, government, business management, construction, engineering, tax and law. Senior leadership positions held previously include Group Events Director at Emap; Managing Director, Events at MEED; Head of Conferences & Training at LexisNexis and Research Director at Informa plc. Common to all positions held is Fiona’s keen focus on delivering high-value, high-quality events that are essential to the audiences they serve.

In 2020 Fiona completed an MBA at Cranfield Business School.

Outside of work Fiona has a passion for skiing, tennis, travelling and the arts, and above all spending time with her partner and son.
