Wilmington Healthcare’s (including HSJ) focus is to help our customers deliver the right outcomes for the communities they serve.

Steve joined the business in September 2022 with the clear aim of making it the first (if not only) choice for both Industry and the NHS when sourcing a healthcare intelligence partner that enables them to achieve their immediate and long-term objectives.

A former RGN with over 27 years in Industry, his healthcare background and change management expertise during turbulent times give him an expert understanding of the patient-focussed solutions our customers require in a challenging marketplace.

He is passionate that our current and future consultancy, insight, and data solutions go one step beyond the norm of meeting the immediate needs of our customers. Instead, he seeks to continuously drive the business to further enable customers in having truly meaningful engagements with the right people to support outstanding solution delivery.

An experienced MD, with a marketing background, Steve has a strong track record of significantly growing businesses in highly competitive pharmaceutical and medical device markets across NHS, retail, wholesale, private sector, government agencies and public sector organisations in the UK and International markets. Equally, he has managed business wide transformation projects including Lean Six Sigma and SAP.

His NHS experience as an RGN was at St. James’ Hospital Leeds – this continues to help him to retain a focus on improving patient outcomes.

Steve is originally from Yorkshire and has lived in Kent for over 20 years.
