Due to the overwhelmingly positive reception of the Diabetes Transformation and Sustainability Networks, we are delighted to announce we will be holding a second East Midlands meeting.

The meeting will once again be chaired by Professor Ian Macdonald – Professor of Metabolic Diseases, University of Nottingham with a continued focus on:

  • Transforming Prevention of Type 2 Diabetes
  • Transforming Outcomes of Type 2 Diabetes
