Theresa May appoints new ministers to DH

What are the new appointments at the DH?

New appointments have been made to minister of state positions at the Department of Health and Social Care. The move follows the Cabinet reshuffle announcement that Jeremy Hunt keeps his post as Health Secretary and Philip Dunne standing down as a junior minister.

The two new faces are:

  • Stephen Barclay
  • Caroline Dinenage

They join three existing parliamentary-under-secretary of states:

  • Jackie Doyle-Price
  • Steve Brine
  • Lord O’Shaughnessy
